Zucchini Boats

 I thought I would try a new zucchini recipe since we had that huge 

zucchini that we pulled out of the garden.

I heard about these zucchini boats, so I found a recipe online, 

cooked them up and took a picture of what I thought would

be our new favorite dish....

 ummmm...we didn't like them very much.

There were several different kinds of recipes, 

the one we tried had parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
