Spring Break

It's spring break here and we are loving it! 

A much deserved break for us.

I took the week off and we have just been playing and having fun.

Monday 

we went and watched "Alice in Wonderland"

Tuesday 

I had a fun visit at the dentist

(needed 2 cavities filled)

ran a few errands

(didn't want to but someone's got to do it right?)

&

had some friends over

 Today 

we went to McDonald's with the "crew"

(it would be a shame to miss out on $1.99 kids meals)

Went bowling.... 

 Kaden scored his all time high 133!

And while we were bowling had a great discussion.

Kohen said "Jesus the Christ made bowling balls."

I said "oh really, where did you hear that?"

"my primary teacher"

I guess he took the phrase literally when they learned

he is the creator of all things!!! LOL

Made a visited to the Easter Bunny.

At first Kohen wasn't scared

but as soon the Easter Bunny asked him to sit on his lap

he came running back terrified!

He did go back and say "Hi" so he could get a treat :)

who could say no to this face???

Kaden did say that he didn't think that easter bunny was the real one

because he could see the person inside the bunny.

Kaden....really?????? 

Yes, people he still believes

So Kohen decided that that bunny wasn't the real one either

only because his house was pink and the real easter bunny

has a BLUE house.

Rode the train

Then we topped the day off by playing outside....

blew some bubbles...

 played some baseball

rode our bikes....

and look, no snow! 

ahhhhh......spring we LOVE you!
