My new medication


They say laughter is the best medicine and I find it watching 30 Rock ! You can pick up season 1 at Target right now. It's on sale for 30$. It doesn't matter what I'm stressed about or if I'm just having a bad day, one episode is all it takes. But I will warn you, you won't be able to watch just one episode. It's definitely not for the kids, so put them to bed early and get your daily dose of 30 Rock.

I have been meaning to get into this. I have so many that I cant add another!! Greys, Prison Break, Office....that is so funny and of course my ones that Chris hates like Law and Order SVU, Private Practice and the Hills. I know, thank goodness for DVR! I miss you.

I haven't watched that yet, but I will have to try it. My favorite lately has been the Arrested Development series. You have to see these, I can't believe it got canceled.

This show rocks!!! (no pun intended!) LOL I don't know why more people don't watch it. It is hilarious. Thanks for the tip about it being on sale at Target. I know how to use that gift certificate I got for my birthday. =) We need to get the word out because I think it isn't going to make it. I am going to copy your idea and put a plug for it on my blog! =)
