*first day of preschool*

I was feeling like a bad mom because I didn't have Kohen signed up for preschool this year.

But on Sunday a girl from church asked me if I was interested in doing preschool for Kohen.

I wasn't sure if she wanted to do a Joy School type thing with me or just do it herself at her house.

As much fun as Joy School was last year I just didn't want to do it again, 

I am more interested in just dropping him off somewhere for a few hours.

So when I told her that, she seemed more than happy to just have it at her house a few days a week(I hope).

I told her to call me and we could discuss it later that week to see if it would work out or not.

She called me on Wednesday and we got it figured out...every Wednesday and Friday he will

go to her house for preschool and it won't cost me an arm and a leg!

It's just Kohen and her little girl, Annalisa.

He was nervous at first because he hadn't ever been to their house.

But as soon as she started talking about September and that his birthday is coming up he got really happy!

They each get their own little desk and he said he had a lot of fun today and can't wait to go again next week!

I feel like a much better mom now too!

When he woke up the first thing he said was "mom, I have to get ready for school!"
He also had to pack his lunch in his Lightning McQueen lunchbox and wear his backpack.
And he sang his ABC's in the car on the way to preschool.
Kohen I love you, you little smarty pants!
