Still dealing with the cold temps of Iowa...

It actually looks like it should be warm today, but it's only 18 degrees. I am really hoping this is the last week of bitter, cold Iowa weather. It's supposed to warm up to 50 degrees next week, that's what some of us here consider sunbathing weather...right Watson's?! HaHa...
We are hoping that the big pile of dirt will be gone soon since the lot is now for sale. Anyone want to move to Iowa?
Our next door neighbors moved in, Ray and Melissa. They have a 2 year old girl and are very nice people! And Kaden found a friend named Nick who comes over to play almost everyday.

Kohen loves to take all of my stuff out of the cupboards and arrange it on the kitchen table.
And he always leaves a trail behind too!

Regan started framing the basement yesterday. We are so excited to have a family room downstairs! Most of our time was spent moving all the toys to the other room and getting it somewhat organized. He got the first wall done and started on the second one.

He is going to make a little playroom under the stairs with an archway and a window. We can't wait!

So the next time people come to visit us we should have lots more room!!!
