Time flies during the holidays...

I feel like I just don't have much time lately to spend blogging! I don't know why, but time just flies during the holidays. Especially with Thanksgiving being so late in November this year it seems like Christmas is right around the corner, which it is. And we have Mom's and Kaden's birthdays coming up too, I haven't really even given much thought to Christmas yet. We are trying to focus on the "real" meaning of Christmas this year and to teach the boys what it is all about. There was a really good story in the Friend magazine that talks about giving instead of receiving, Kaden really liked it and wants to do the 12 days of Christmas for someone. He never really asks for much anyway, he was just born that way. Kohen doesn't have a clue what Christmas is, as far as he knows it's about the lights and the tree. He loves them!

I have been so blessed in my life and just recently had someone do something extra special for us. We always have had someone be there, or do something for us usually out of the blue, when we are least expecting it. For that I am grateful and I am so thankful for the little miracles that help us to remember that they do and can happen to anyone.

On another note, Kohen, my little monster has been behaving much better. Minus the fact that he makes the biggest messes with his food. Today I gave him a cookie and set him down at the table. I was doing the dishes, next thing I know he is in the living room mashing the cookie into the couch that Regan just cleaned. The other day he had his sippy cup filled with Red punch(that was my first mistake) and he was dumping it onto my cushions. For dinner I made him a PB&J and tomato soup. He decided to dump his soup on his sandwich that he hadn't even touched. He's sneaky too! He waits until you aren't looking at him and does it. All day long that's what he does, destroys things and won't eat his food. At this rate he'll be on a bottle until he's 5!

For those of you that want to see pictures I'll try to have pictures for the next post...

Yep, I agree with how busy it is! I just don't seem to have much time to blog lately. It's so sad? :(

I can't think of anyone who is more deserving of something nice. You are always thinking of others. I love that about you. I can just imagine Kohen and his messes. Just think of them as growing messes. He is so cute. He'll be big before you know it. Kaden has always been very thoughtful. Tell him good job.

Love ya!
